I bring a uniqueness to my Yoga sessions using a combination of techniques that I have accumulated through my years of committed exploration, training and practice. I’m passionate about teaching strategies that optimise good health, aid recovery from injury and heal from trauma. I believe knowledge is power, consequently there is a strong educational component in all my sessions as I guide participants towards a deeper and more embodied understanding of the body-mind experience. I teach transformational and empowering techniques in order to aid breathing optimally, moving mindfully, correcting postural misalignments and practicing safe and stimulating Yoga.
