Mindful Flow:
This class is designed to help unravel physical tension whilst calming the nervous system, taking its inspiration from Vinyasa Flow Yoga but with . We will connect considered movement with deep breath in fluid, powerful but easy to follow sequences. It is open to all levels from active beginners, continuing students as well as advanced practitioners.
Slow Flow:
This Flow Yoga class offers practitioners the opportunity to move with extra consideration of their postural alignment, thus perfect for those who prefer moving at a slower pace or returning to Yoga following an injury. This practice aims to improve core strength and posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. Students are given variations as needed to allow their body to achieve an understanding of every pose. This class is accessible to all levels.
Yin Yoga:
Yin Yoga is a practice of deep embodiment, observation and re-patterning. The poses are experienced for a longer length of time (from three minutes upwards) allowing for gentle, lasting change to happen on a deep level, both in the physical as well as the emotional and energetic body. Each pose is carefully sequenced and guided within the comfort limit of the student who is always encouraged to honour their body: as such this is an accessible practice for all who attend and perfect for those who want to unwind.
